Yours Gadget will get picked up within 24-48 hours.

We are able to get your pods picked up from Pan India. Once they are packed as per the shared instruction over email. 

Once customized, they will be shipped back to you in 7-10 business days. If there are any delays, we will get in touch with you.

If you wish to change your choice of color/finish or wish to cancel your order, you can do so in 24 hours of placing the order. After this time period, canceling the order will not be possible. 

We have a “NO RETURN” policy

Fox My Box uses a complex paint system to give your gadget a make-over, but it is prone to normal wear and tear through drop damage or acidity of body sweat and oils.

Keep a mild non-alcoholic cleaner (lens cleaner) and a microfiber cloth handy to clean the gadget to retain the finish as long as possible
