REFUND POLICY
After your order has been canceled, your payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days through our payment partner at Razorpay. No form of alternative payment will be granted or permissible at any given point of time on any order despite the size of the order. Payment which are explicitly mentioned as refundable will be granted and refunded. Please note you need to have the payment receipt and transaction number of the original payment in all time to be eligible for a refund. Refund will be issued to the original payment method. REFUND & CANCELLATION
You're only allowed to cancel any order within 12 hours from the time of purchase (when you have received the shipping invoice or order invoice). No exception can or will be made in any scenario for any form of refund and cancellation. Please note we will not be making any acceptationsĀ as these are made to order cannot be changed.Ā
