1) Why should I get my gadget custom painted?

When you purchase a gadget, it is only available in limited colours. At FoxMyBox, you can choose your gadget's colour(s) including the paint finish (matte/gloss).

2) Can you custom paint any gadget (mobile/laptop/fridge/air purifier/pc cabinets/more)?

We can customize a wide range of gadgets. However, we cannot list them all here. Please go through our “GO BESPOKE” service to know more.

3) Can I get Skins or Wraps for my gadget?

Not yet! Because we believe in custom-painting over everything else. It’s long-lasting and provides more possibilities to customize with a personal touch..

4) What if my gadget stops working after customization?

Don’t worry, it won’t. Your gadget will be handled with care by trained professionals. We ensure the safety of your gadget with detailed quality checks before disassembling the product, during the process, and after we’ve assembled it back.

5) Do you take orders from around the world?

No, not yet. We are only taking orders in India right now.

6) Do you customize Mobile Covers?

No. We use specialized paint for customization. The paint will chip if the cover is even slightly bendable. Hence, it is not possible to customize mobile covers.

7) Do you build PC Cabinets?

No, we do not build PC Cabinets. We only customize the cabinets.

8) Where can I see your customized products?

You can see our customized products on our Instagram Account, Facebook Page and Youtube Channel.

9) How to take care of the Custom Paint on the product?

We recommend using a cleaning agent (like a lens cleaner) or a microfiber cloth to avoid scuffing or any damage to the product. Household cleaners may harm the quality of the custom paint.

1) How can I get something Printed/Painted on a gadget that I designed?

2) Can I get a personalised paint job on a gadget as per my desire?

We can custom paint a gadget as per your desire. Please visit “GO BESPOKE” to understand more about our personalized service.

 

PAINT & FINISH

1) Will the Paint wear or peel off?

Nope! We only use high-quality paints. We employ an end-to-end custom paint process to ensure a permanent change to your gadget.

2) Will the custom paint increase the thickness of the surface?

No, not really. We ensure the thickness of the paint is kept at a minimum. We use specialised paints to arrive as close to a factory finish.

3) Is the custom paint job permanent?

Yes, it’s permanent.

4) Do you use skin or a wrap?

No, not yet. We only use specialized paints to customize your gadgets.

5) If I damage the paint job, can I send it back for repair?

If you have accidentally dropped, scratched, chipped or used strong alcohol that damaged the paint, you may send the gadget for repairs and appropriate charges will be applied. 

However, please refer to the Terms and Conditions applicable for claiming the paint warranty.

6) What’s the difference between Metallic colours and Solid colours?

Metallic Colours make the paint shimmer when light falls at the surface from different angles. This is due to reflective or shiny metallic particles added to the paint colour. 

Solid Colours do not shimmer in the light. They are simple 'solid' paints without any added particles.

7) What kind of paints do you use?

We only use high-quality paints to customize your gadget. They are specialized PU-based paints.

8) What is the difference between gloss and matte finish?

The Gloss finish is smooth and reflective while the Matte is flat and non-reflective.

9) Which finish is better, Gloss or Matte?

Both finishes have similar durability. And in terms of appearance, it completely depends on your preference.

10) Do you provide any other finish than Gloss or Matte?

Not yet. We are currently working on Gloss and Matte finishes only.


PRODUCT HELP

1) I can't seem to find my Product. What should I do?

You can share with us the gadget you’d like to customize through our Bespoke Product Query Form.

2) How to take care of the Custom Paint on the product?

We recommend using a cleaning agent (like a lens cleaner) or a microfiber cloth to avoid scuffing or any damage to the product. Household cleaners may harm the quality of the custom paint.

3) How do I BRING MY OWN GADGET my Product?

You can select the “B.Y.O.G.” aka Bring Your Own Gadget option on our website to send your own gadget to get it customized in your choice of shade or design. We will get the gadget picked up from the shared address and customize it as per your selection. In case your gadget is not listed or you want a different color or a specific design, please go through the “GO BESPOKE” page to understand more about our personalized service. 

4) What is BESPOKE customization?

If you want a unique design on your gadget (including logos and branding), Our design team will assist you in creating an exclusive design for you that meets your desires. Please visit our “GO BESPOKE” page to understand more about our personalized service.

 

ORDERS & CANCELLATION

1) When do I receive my order?

Your order will reach your doorstep within 7-10 business days from the time of purchase. However, you will be notified of any unforeseen delay.

2) How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will be notified with a confirmation email after your order is placed.

3) Can I change my order once it's placed?

Once your order is confirmed, you’re only allowed to modify/cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

4) How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only within 24 hours from the time of purchase. You can mail us at orders@foxmybox.com to request cancellation.

5) When do I receive my refund?

After your order is cancelled, you will be refunded within 2-5 business days.

6) What shipping services do you use?

We use different third-party delivery partners depending on your shipping address. You will be notified of the details after your order is confirmed.

 

WARRANTY

1) Does the warranty remain valid after you’ve customized my gadget?

The device manufacturer’s warranty is void post the customization. However, we provide a 6 month Fox My Box Warranty for all our customized products. The Fox My Box Warranty includes a hardware warranty and a paint warranty.

2) How long does the FoxMyBox warranty last?

Our Hardware Warranty and Paint Warranty are valid for 6 months from the time of purchase.

3) I dropped my product. Can I claim the warranty?

No. Our FoxMyBox Warranty does not cover any accidental damage to the product. However, you can send your product for repair and we will apply appropriate charges for the service.
