Once you've confirmed the order, depending on Send In or Buy New, we would either pick up the product or buy a new product from Authorized dealers, do the paintwork, and then ship it to you.

Yes, you can. Our SEND IN Service allows you to send your gadget to us for a custom paint job.
03 How do I know you have original products?
Yes, all our products are 100% original, sourced directly from authorized dealers.
04 Can you do my favorite character?
Yes, begin by filling out the form on our page. After that, our team will get in touch to discuss your design in detail—whether it’s your favorite character or a unique concept you have in mind. We'll work closely with you to ensure the design reflects your idea.
05 How to take care of the custom paint on the product?
We recommend using a cleaning agent (like a lens cleaner) or a microfiber cloth to avoid scuffing or damage to the product. Household cleaners may harm the quality of the custom paint.
