Fox My Box Warranty
PAINT WARRANTY
Paint warranty is provided solely on the customization (paint application) services performed on the identified device by Fox My Box. The paint warranty is valid for 6 months from the time when the customer has received the shipping invoice. Please note that the Fox My Box paint warranty does not cover any accidental damages to the paint. This warranty is provided solely by Fox My Box and not sanctioned by the device manufacturer or any paint manufacturer.
- The warranty period will be valid for 6 months from the time when the customer has received the shipping invoice (order invoice).
- The warranty period is not extendable under any circumstances
- The paint warranty does not cover any accidental damages.
HARDWARE WARRANTY
In case of device manufacturer’s warranty cancellation, Fox My Box will provide a hardware warranty on your identified device which covers all expenses for regular hardware failure.
- This warranty is provided solely by Fox My Box and not sanctioned by the device manufacturer.
- The warranty period will be valid for 6 months from the time when the customer has received the shipping invoice (order invoice).
- The warranty period will not be extended under any circumstances.
- The hardware warranty does not cover any accidental damages.
The device manufacturer does not hold any liability in respect to the Fox My Box hardware warranty. All claims have to be made at Fox My Box only.
Please note that Fox My Box Paint warranty is separate from the Fox My Box Hardware warranty.
For both hardware warranty and paint warranty, examples of accidental damages that will NOT be covered under the warranty service are:
- Damages to hardware caused by dropping of device or any other obvious external causes.
- Functional failures of any slots/plugs/buttons/switches or wires caused by customer use.
- Paint or coating damage caused by forceful insertion into ill-fitting cases.
- Damage to hardware or paint caused by spilling of substances such as beverages, bird droppings, shaving cream, shoe polish etc.
- Paint damage caused by adhesives.
- Paint damage caused by rough use or poor maintenance by customers.
- Damage to the display screen (if any) of the device.
- Scratches to the paint or abrasions.
- Hardware failure or paint damage caused due to the device falling into the water.
If your product is found having any of the above or other accidental damages, your product will be declared as an out-of-warranty product by our technicians and the Fox My Box warranty will be terminated.
The warranty claim (both hardware warranty and paint warranty) will be subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- The original shipping invoice must be presented by the customer for warranty claims.
- Warranty claims will be rejected outright if the invoice is found to be tampered.
- Any damage on account of high ampere charging, faulty charging points or unattended charging of device for long hours will not be covered under warranty.
- Warranty claims will be rejected if the device is found to be opened or worked upon by the customer or any other unauthorized entity.
- Any external accessories (battery, case, cases etc.) will not be eligible for warranty claim.
- Any damages resulting from accidental handling, water/moisture, exposure to harmful substances, improper ventilation, excessive shock, fire or any other external cause beyond the control of Fox My Box will make the warranty void.

REPAIR
Any repair services provided by Fox My Box will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- If the device is sent for repair or replacement under a warranty claim and if the warranty claim is found to be accurate, no charges will be applied for the repair or replacement of the device.
- If the warranty claim is rejected on the device, we will only repair the device by applying appropriate charges.
- We may replace a part of the device if necessary with the due consent of the customer. Appropriate charges will be applied accordingly.
Please note that in case of products that are not under warranty, we have the right to refuse our repair services if the device is irreparable due to severe damage or unavailability of parts required for repair.

COLOR DISCREPANCY
We employ design methodologies to display the color of the products that are available on the site as accurately as possible. However, there may be discrepancies due to the display settings on your monitor or mobile screen. We do not hold any responsibility for such Inaccuracies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
As Fox My Box is primarily a customization platform that creates custom-painted products, Fox My Box has all the right to release the same color combination as a new color combination in the future to be available to all customers. In the case of bespoke products, Fox My Box has the right to replicate the design of the product in the future as a new design to be available to other customers.
For all orders (or customizations) undertaken by Fox My Box, the customizations would be identical to the discussed requirements, and would not include any additional changes or alterations. Any alterations would be treated as a separate project and would be charged separately.
COLOR ALTERATIONS/RE-CUSTOMIZATION
After a product has been customized by Fox My Box and delivered to the customer, the same product cannot be sent to Fox My Box to alter/repaint the existing customization. In addition, the same product will not be accepted to create new customization by removing/altering the existing customization. In case Fox My Box accepts your product for new customization, the service will be considered as a new project and charged separately.
