FoxMyBox keeps you informed
Shortly after you place your order, you’ll receive an e-mail to confirm that it is being processed. Once your order ships (by our delivery partners), you’ll receive an email and text message containing your order details, courier and tracking information. If ordering as a gift, you may wish to provide your own email address and not the address of the recipient. Make sure that the email address and telephone number on your order is correct. If you do not receive the emails, check your spam folder. All delivery estimates are business days unless otherwise stated.
Once an order is placed on our website (and payment is confirmed), you'll be notified with a confirmation email with an estimated shipping time.
Your order will get shipped within 7-10 business days from the time of purchase. You may track your shipment (after our logistics partner has picked up the order from our premises) through the tracking link. We at FoxMyBox always aim to deliver a wholesome experience with our work and aim for perfection while we work on your product. Personalized items in your order takes additional time to prepare and will increase the time it takes for them to be shipped and delivered. The items on your order will be shipped as soon as they become available.
Please note that you may receive the tracking link only if it is a service provided by the logistics partner. However, if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery date, please write to us at email@example.com.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a text message that includes your order number and a link to tracking information. You will also receive text messages on the day of delivery, and after your item has been delivered, depending upon your shipping method and courier by our delivery partners.
Problems with your order
Courier Delivery: You can contact the courier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date and even change your delivery address with subject to the delivery partner. If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your shipment notification email, please contact the delivery partner or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or defective orders
If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please write to us at email@example.com. In case of any damage to your delivery, FoxMyBox will be in direct contact with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, where appropriate, deliver a replacement.

If you wish to cancel your order, you’re only allowed to do so within 12 hours from the time of purchase. Once the cancellation is confirmed, your payment amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days via our payment partner razorpay.
If you wish to modify the specification (only color) of the order you’ve placed (and the payment is confirmed), you’re allowed to do so within 12 hours from the time of purchase. To modify orders, send us a request at email@example.com
