Welcome to Fox My Box. These terms and conditions apply to you for the customization service that you have ordered from Fox My Box OPC Pvt. Ltd under the brand Fox My Box. We encourage you to read the terms and conditions carefully before completing your order for customization services and request you to retain a copy for future reference.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

⚠️WARNING – Device Manufacturer’s Warranty Cancellation:

Fox My Box warrants the product against workmanship defects and non-accidental hardware failures for a predetermined time period dependent on the level of warranty purchased by the customer.

Implementation of customization services ordered by you for your choice of device will cancel any manufacturer’s warranty you have in respect of the selected device.

NOTE

By purchasing you confirm that you understand this risk and specifically instruct Fox My Box to proceed with the implementation of the customization services ordered by you when you make payment for services. Fox My Box fully disclaims any liability for any cancelled warranty resulting from the implementation of the customization services.

Products purchased from Fox My Box/ an authorised retailer of Fox My Box are covered by our standard warranty extending for 06 (six) months from the date of purchase as long as a copy of the dated sales receipt is included with the product. Fox My Box will not honor the warranty on an authorised retailer product without a copy of the receipt. Products requiring warranty services must be sent back to Fox My Box with billing slip and proof of purchase number. You will be required to pay for shipping which will be determined on a case to case basis.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

As Fox My Box is primarily a customization platform that creates custom-painted products.
Fox My Box has all the right to release the same color combination as a new color combination in the future to be available to all customers. In the case of bespoke products, Fox My Box has the right to replicate the design of the product in the future as a new design available to other customers. For all orders (or customizations) undertaken by Fox My Box, the customizations would be identical to the discussed requirements, and would not include any additional changes or alterations. Any alterations would be treated as a separate project and would be charged separately.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by third party products used in conjunction with a Fox My Box product; acts of nature, a loss of product functionality caused by accidental damage, cosmetic damages, or any faults potentially caused by the services of a non Fox My Box representative. Such damages are not covered by this warranty and any related repairs will be at cost to the customer.

COLOR ALTERATIONS/RE-CUSTOMIZATION

After a product has been customized by Fox My Box and delivered to the customer, the
same product cannot be sent to Fox My Box to alter/repaint the existing customization.
The same product will not be accepted to create new customization by removing/altering the existing customization. In case Fox My Box accepts your product for
new customization, the service will be considered as a new project and charged separately.

USE OF THE SITE: Fox My Box grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and fully revocable license to use the site in accordance with the
Terms and Conditions, for your personal and non-commercial shopping for products and services sold on the site. Commercial use or use on behalf of yourself or any third party is strictly prohibited. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any part of the site or its contents such as any collection and use of any product/service listings, descriptions, or prices; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms and Conditions are reserved and retained by Fox My Box or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers. No part of any of the site or any products/services sold on the site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express wrote consent of Fox My Box. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Fox My Box without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Fox My Box’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Fox My Box. You may not misuse the site and use the site only as permitted by law. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you. No use of our content or renders of displayed matters is permitted unless it is shared by us for promotional purposes. Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes. Product representations expressed on this site are those of the vendor and are not made by Fox My Box. Submissions or opinions expressed on this site are those of the individual posting such content and may not reflect our opinions.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use the site or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically only. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, text, in-app push notices, or by posting notices and messages on this site or through the other services related to the site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

USER SUBMISSIONS

Anything that you submit to the site and/or provide to Fox My Box, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively/submissions) will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. In addition to the rights applicable to any submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.

ORDER OF ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address before we accept the order. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the site to our users;
however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed
correctly on the site. Fox My Box reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

PAYMENT METHODS

Fox My Box uses Razorpay as its payment gateway. All payment methods are accepted.
However, any changes to the payment methods will be directed by Razorpay. Please refer to www.razorpay.com to learn about their terms and conditions.

All designs (customizations) created by Fox My Box for all products including ‘BESPOKE’

products are property of Fox My Box OPC Pvt. Ltd and protected by the Indian government and copyright laws. The designs shall not be replicated or modified without due consent from Fox My Box. For more information please reach out to us on orders@foxmybox.com.

TRADEMARKS

Fox My Box trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Fox My Box, in any manner that is likely to confuse customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Fox My Box. All other trademarks not owned by Fox My Box that appear on the site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Fox My Box.

DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Indian Courts.

TERMINATION

We may or without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any such termination or revocation, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this site in whole or in part. Any such termination shall not affect our respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the site shall not be liable to you or any other person as a result of any such termination or restriction. If you are dissatisfied with the site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Fox My Box in operating the site, your sole, and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.
