Buy New:

• Your product will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
• In case of any delays, a member of our team will contact you.

Send In:

• Your gadget will be picked up within 24-48 hours from anywhere in India.
• Ensure your gadget is packed according to the instructions provided via email.
• After customization, it will be shipped back to you within 7-10 business days.
• If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

If you wish to change your choice of color/finish or wish to cancel your order, you can do so in 24 hours of placing the order. After this time period, canceling the order will not be possible.

Fox My Box uses a complex paint system to give your gadget a make-over, but it is prone to normal wear and tear through drop damage or acidity of body sweat and oils.

Keep a mild non-alcoholic cleaner (lens cleaner) and a microfiber cloth handy to clean the gadget to retain the finish as long as possible
